First of all, Happy New year! My apologies for the irregularity of the blogging towards 2010. Work commitments make it sometimes difficult to keep up with the regular posting. Nevetheless, I will do my best to try increasing the number of posts this year.
As a starter, I forgot to mention that I have published last october an article on the interaction between ex ante and ex post regulations in Intermedia, the newspaper of the International Institute of Communications. It argues that there is an increasing cross fertilization in substance but a divergence in process between both sets of regulations. It should hopefully be available here soon. A draft version is available here in the section "working papers".
