The Commission today published its three main policy documents on ultra-fast broadband, namely (i) the NGA recommandation, (ii) the proposal for a Decision to establish a Radio Spectrum Policy Programme and (iii) a Broadband Communication.
The political aim is to guarantee basic broadband for all by 2013 and fast and ultra fast broadband by 2020.
