The Commission published a consultation document on NGA. Comments are due by 14 November and the recommandation should be adopted in 2009.
Again, the Commission regulates important aspects of the industry through a recommandation. It will also be interesting to see how this interact with the work undertaken by the ERG last year on the same matter.
