The Commission published a press release on the Article 7 letter to AGCOM re. the calculation of wholesale access prices fo LLU, WBA and WLR access. AGCOM's proposal is to increase the access price by around 20-30%.
The Commission agrees with the REO BULRIC model but asks that the maintenance and commercial costs be recalculated to reflect efficiency.
The letter will be available on 27 October.
