Bnetza has concluded the auction for spectrum the digital dividend and other bands. Vodafone, O2, Deutsche Telekom and E-Plus all got their part. It is reported that BnetZa might carry out a review of the result of the auction to assess whether the distribution of spectrum has generated any anticompetitive effects.
