Last Friday, I organized, together with Prof. Nicolas Petit, director of the Institute of European Legal Studies of the University of Liege, a conference on " What Comes Next in Electronic Communications? A Review of the New EU Framework". It was a true success and a real hotpotch of interesting thoughts shared by lawyers, economists, NRAs and Commission officials.
The slides used by some of the speakers are now available on the website of the ieje and on the blog of my colleague and friend Prof Nicolas Petit.
