The impact of Bilski on the Spatial Community

The Supreme Court recently issued its decision on the Bilski v. Kappos patent case. The decision has been widely discussed in the legal community for both what it says and what it did not say. The Court did reject the "machine-or-transformation test" as the sole test for analyzing the patentability of a process.
