
In a recent judgement, the Court of Justice held that the concept of TV services may include services such as teleshopping and that a national legislation may require a cable operator to provide access to its analogue cable network to television channels and services even if those are already being broadcast terrestrially and result in the utilisation of more than half of the channels available on that network, provided that those obligations do not give rise to unreasonable economic consequences.
